Olivetti, the leading player in document printing and management, announces a new A4 black/white multifunctional system.

The new d-Copia 3504MF model replaces the best-selling d-Copia 284MF as a solution providing small work groups with enhanced system performance as well as faster printing speeds, up to 35 ppm.

Professional productivity, security and reduced environmental impact, in an ergonomic, compact design.

Compatibility with industry standards allows the new system to operate seamlessly in the network environment of a wide variety of business organisations, supporting IT resource sharing without any management difficulties for the System Administrator. A range of functions and security devices guarantee access and data protection.

Four “all in one” functions, in an ergonomic, compact design. Duplex functionality, colour copy and scan, 50-sheet automatic duplex feed and SuperG3 fax reduce paper consumption and filing space, for improved quality and higher operating speeds, the latter enhanced by the low first-copy-out time of 6.9 seconds.

The new system offers a series of advantages for easier and more secure document productivity. For example, it produces front-back copies of identity documents on a single sheet of paper with a single pass; for secure management of print jobs, it supports authentication with an IC card reader, as well as private printing of confidential documents based on activation of a simple code.

Low environmental impact is another important characteristic. The system offers a variety of features to minimise power consumption, including sleep mode, which can be automatically activated after the device has been standing idle for just one minute, or “power off” mode. It also provides a half-speed print feature, to reduce the already low noise levels. Like its predecessor, the d-Copia 3504MF uses long-life components, to cut down on waste, save on costs and optimise environmental impact.
